Despicable Me

Journaling reads: “The first movie I took you to by yourself was Despicable Me in 3D. We were running just a few minutes late and when we got there the ticket booth person asked me if you would wear the 3D glasses. I told him I wanted to see if you would. So he gave us perfect glasses that fit your head to a “t”. I should have borrowed yours because mine were to big. You sat there still as a mouse watching the movie in 3D! But you couldn’t see your candy with your 3D glasses on so you kept trying to take them off. After figuring that you weren’t going to wear your glasses we snuck over to the non-3D version of the movie. After that, you stayed glued to your seat and often offered commentary! One of the characters was Mr. Vector and everytime he came on the screen you would say outloud, “Mr. V!, Mr. V!” It was so cute. I took Trey to a park here in Greensboro that has a creek running behind it. It was sooo hot and it wasn’t long before we wound up in the creek. We had soo much fun!
