Poor Trey doesn’t stand a chance! We were at Food Lion and I put them in a shopping cart that mistakenly only had one steering wheel instead of two! I put Trey in the seat and Emma was not having it! I found another cart that seemed to suit them just fine. But, I get so tickled when you look at Trey’s face. It’s as if he’s thinking, “Man, what is your problem!” That said, Emma loves him so much and they do have so much fun playing together…that is, when everyone has their own toy!

Journaling reads: “I went to tour Cornerstone Baptist for Emma and I fell in love with it…so in love that I signed you up, too.  The lady who was going to be your teacher in the “puppy” class was an absolute doll!  However, I came home and quickly decided that I just couldn’t do it.  You can’t leave me yet.  Not this year!  It makes me sad, though, when I see this folder they made for you.”

Well….FINALLY!  LOL….I have tried and tried to get little man to say “Ma-Ma” but he is not interested.  He will look at me saying it and just smile from ear to ear.  Then, he’ll wait and reply, “Ba!”  It’s precious hearing his little voice no matter what he says, though.

Trey took his first steps today.  It was so precious.  I took him up for a bath and then afterwards, I got him all decked out in his jams and was letting him play a little bit.  He stood right up and took five or six steps in a row.  We have since tried over and over to get him to practice but he’ll take one step and then sit down and crawl.  LOL!  I have a little video of us trying to get him to walk later that night.  I’ll post it soon along with some pictures.  🙂
